Tower 280 project was a complete renovation of a fifteen-story historic downtown Rochester building. This building was originally constructed in 1929 to house a bank and office suites. The renovation included the construction of 131 apartment units, one floor of amenities and retail space, and one floor dedicated to a ballroom facility. The building is approximately 195,000 sqft of which 156,000 is apartment space, 14,000 is ballroom space, and 25,000 sqft of retail and tenant amenities. The exterior of the building maintains its historic charm with the original masonry and marble design.
