This project consisted of 99 upscale apartment units, as well as the renovation and conversion of an historic 110-year-old home into a new meeting area and gathering space for a local veterans group. The 99-unit deluxe apartment building is approximately 170,000 sqft and includes two levels of covered parking, two five-stop traction elevators, a fitness center, dog-washing station, and an outdoor patio and pergola space.
